Set on the edge of Dartmoor Castle Drogo commands some fantastic views, and then of course there's Fingle Bridge nearby with wonderful woodland walks.

Interesting local National Trust property with great gardens and cafe and good local walks by the river below.

Castle Drogo is the last castle to be built in England. Owned by the National Trust it has been undergoing extensive renovations. Very dog friendly.
