The view form the top floor (Skypoint Q1) is worth seeing (particularly on a clear day)....and I am a skeptic! That being said, the best value for money is to go for breakfast...the cost of buffet breakfast most days is $29 per adult (kids cheaper). Given that viewing entrance to the sky point floor being a standard near $20 (please check for current rates), the breakfast rate poses the best value for money! The rates are subject to change, so please check!
