The Berlin Dungeon takes visitors on a journey through Berlin's horrible history, all the way from the Middle Ages through to the 19th century. You are invited to tread the thin line between fun and terror as you wander around the 2,500 square meters of dungeon located between Hackeschen Markt and Alexanderplatz.

While it's live-action style may seem cheesy from the website, this tour offers an interesting and fun look at medieval Berlin history, and will keep even the most history-averse person entertained throughout. Tours in English run only twice a day, so be sure to check the times online before heading there.
