In 200 m there is a huge swimming pool etc., the park is marvelous and you may rent bike and go through the parking zone to the next cities, like Duisburg etc. really good place. downtown, music thearter, a lot of small restaurants and caffees, central railway station - all is walking distance. With S-Bahn it is just 10 min to the Veltins Arena.
