During weekdays the best (and affordable!) lunch buffet in town. Beside is Central Plaza, the best Shopping Mal in Pattaya.

Horizon Rooftop Restaurant and Bar // This is a rooftop bar located on the 34th floor of the Hilton hotel, great view overlooking Pattaya city and the long coastline of Pattaya beach. Because of the view and good atmosphere, it always hard to find a table during the weekend. Also from 17:00 to 19:00 there's usually a cocktail promotion like "buy one get one free". Drinks are not expensive, similar to the other bars and club in town. Generally, it's a good place for 2 love birds to spend some romantic time.

Every day at noon, Edge Restaurant at Hilton serves up a massive buffet to a very nice price, which everyone can afford. So enjoy the seaview, while you eat. Highly recommended!
