Wine bar that also has dinner, but go for the great wine. You can sit outside or inside and enjoy the amazing building and ambiance. Also open for coffee and pastries, starting at 11 am.

Upmarket for special occasions.Good wine & drinks list and the maddening crowd will stay outside. And its a monument read about before you visit. Better still quiz the staff about its history.
