The beach is quite long and there is always sand on it, even when the tide is in. There aren't any signs 'to the beach', so the path is near the railway station and goes under the railway line, about 12 mins walk

Not to be missed, make sure to check it out all times of the day and evening. night time beach walks are just lovely.

A generous stretch of fine golden sand backed by a seawall and promenade. As you would expect from a Blue Flag beach there are no shortage of facilities along the beachfront or in the town, which is only a few minutes walk away.
