They can be a real pain if you’re not careful. A good practice is to avoid being outside at sunrise and sunset. Don't hesitate to use bug spray and if you get bit, we recommend Andantol. It’s great - just put this stuff on the bite immediately, wait about 10 minutes and put on some more. You can find it at the grocery store or most pharmacies.
