Our local beach just a 2 minute walk away. In the summer it is perfect for a kayak, stand up paddle board or snorkel. Lovely rock pools to explore and relatively quiet as beaches go. In the winter months it boasts incredible surfing waves when the conditions are right.

Wonderful beach for children, full of rock pools to explore at low tide. It is a wonderfully charming spot when the small fishing boats are out on the water. Lots of local children frequent this beach and the best swimming spot is usually where the boats are moored. People tend to kayak and windsurf between Downderry and Seaton to the right and Portwrinkle to the left. There is no lifeguard presence on this beach. You may spot local surfers here (usually in the winter months)...shh...this is a local secret.

South facing, long and spacious sand and shingle beach with rock pools at low tide; several eating establishments in the village.

Dog friendly and right on the doorstep. At low tide the walk into Seaton is lovely.
