This wonderful yoga and spin studio is a great place to get your sweat and OM on! It's a renovation of a 1940's women's club building that housed the Madison Improvement Club - ladies who lunched and also devoted their time and talents toward making Arcadia the lovely place it is today.

Warm yoga and spin classes that are paired with energetic music. Book online using the MindBody app. It fills up quick. They also have a lovely cafe that serves delicious and healthy food and juices.
