This is a very local place and only one block away. They serve breakfast, lunch, wine, and appetizers. Their coffee is great and it's very cute.

Coffee - the most delicious kind. Sit outside if you want, browse around the record store next door. Brunch $20 includes entree and bottomless mimosas, whaaaaat?!! Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
