This local bookshop on Broad Street in Downtown Southern Pines is a great place to find a new read for your vacation, and maybe catch an author on site. They often have book reads for kids, also. Great children’s book section.

Privately owned, friendly, well stocked. Look for sticky notes on their favorite books with brief descriptions or fun and helpful comments!

Sure, you can download a book to your phone, etc., but you cannot beat this good old fashioned bookstore, which is located in the middle of Southern Pines.
