One of the finest restaurants in Maine rests within a few minute drive. The owner, James is a friend to everyone local and his restaurant is an amazing place that has quiet dinners most nights, live music on some nights and the best brunch around on Sunday mornings. They also have a bar so feel free to swing by and just have a few drinks! I can personally recommend the ENTIRE menu but in particular if you are there for brunch, don't pass up the home made donuts which are made from scratch to order and are like nothing you've ever had.

Frog & Turtle is one of the more popular restaurants in Westbrook and rightfully so. They have a nice range of options from appetizers to bar menu to full entrees that are always available, so there's something for everyone. There's not a lot of lighter fare, so come hungry. They also added a rooftop bar and dining on the 2nd floor deck with great views of the river, and have live bands most weekend nights.
