Grayson Highlands State Park has many great hiking trails! My personal favorite is Rhododendron Trail. Depending on what time of day you go, you are likely to encounter the wild ponies in the mountains! Be mindful that some are friendly but some do kick and bite!

Come see the wild ponies and the beautiful high country of Grayson Highlands State Park. Access the Appalachian Trail and hike for a couple hours, the day or longer. Ask for specific recommendations!
