take the bus (line 6) to "Borgweg", then take the metro U3 direction "Schlump" and get of at "St. Pauli". From there just 2 minutes walk.

The Reeperbahn is a street in Hamburg and also the city's red-light district. In German it is also sometimes described as the sinful mile. You'll find alot of discos and bars.
