Good old hearty Scottish dining slap-bang in the middle of the the New Town. The Stac Polly Scottish restaurant in Dublin Street, Edinburgh. Serving exquisitely prepared meat and fish dishes from local sources.

It serving modern Scottish menu and last time we were there, the food are great. It just walking distance around 5 minutes walk from our flat. Booking highly recommended.

It's almost an institution and it happens to be downstairs from the flat ! I love it but keep it for special occasions though as a bit pricey...
