Established 1878, Helen Keller, Charlie Chaplin and John Lennon stayed at hotel. Would recommend have a couple of tea at lounge.

The Bread shop just outside the Fujiya Hotel is overpriced (like everything in Hakone) but at least it is the real deal. Get all sorts of good freshly baked bread here.

Historical hotel "Fujita Hotel" in Miyanoshita area. Nice antique shops, restaurants and shops in Miyanoshita.

Fujiya hotel runs the business over 140 years. Famous for beef curry rice. Helen keller and Cahrles Chaplin visited the hotle. 140年の伝統を誇る老舗ホテルです。伝統のビーフカレーをいただくのがお薦めです。ヘレン・ケラーやチャールズ・チャップリンも訪れました。
