Tippek a helyiektől
The park is not far from the waterfall and has multiple hiking trails of varying difficulty. Located just north of Little River Canyon it is a great stop in addition to the canyon.
Little River Falls is located here, which is one of the tallest and most visited falls in Alabama. Great for sightseeing and hiking.
Plenty of trails to hike, an opportunity to see lots of nature in its natural habitat, bike trails and even an opportunity to walk alongside Little River.

“The Wildflower Cafe is also a short walk (~5 min) away from the cabin. They are famous for their tomato pie but all of the food is to die for and the atmosphere is amazing. Throughout the day local musician Tony Goggans plays his guitar and sings for guest’s entertainment. Often there are different live musicians who perform while guests are eating dinner on the weekends. The Wildflower cafe allows you to bring your own bottle of wine (they do not sell alcohol). You can purchase a bottle of wine at the Mentone Market. They will provide glasses and even uncork your bottle for you! The restaurant doubles as a boutique with local art and handmade goods that are available to purchase. The restaurant tends to get busy on weekend evenings so we recommend calling ahead to make a dinner reservation. ”
