Wonderful restored castel, full of history. A castle has been on the site since 1488.

Laugharne has a special atmosphere, not just the castle, but the whole place. The walk along the estuary is peaceful and beautiful. The poet Dylan Thomas's Boathouse is worth a visit, as are his poems.

Famous for Dylan Thomas the Welsh iconic poet ! There is the Boat House and his grave etc great pubs and book shops eaterys etc The Browns Hotel has been renovated and has live music Sundays and Sunday lunches and pub grub every day!
