There are so many trails you can take in Moran State Park. My favorite is the Mountain Lake trail down to Cascade Falls (just remember you'll have to walk back up). This is because you start walking around Mountain Lake and then go through some beautiful old growth forest. You will also come upon two other waterfalls before you get to Cascade Falls. The hike around Mountain Lake is also nice (and pretty easy).

Beautiful old growth forest trails, lakes and waterfalls to explore. Drive to the top of Mt Constitution for a 360 view. Boat, kayak and paddle board rentals at Cascade Lake where there is a kids playground, swimming beach and Sugar Shack.

Hike more than 38 miles of trails at Moran State Park or Turtleback Mountain. Here is a map of the immediate area, and you’ll see you can hike into Moran State park right from my front door.

On a clear day the views from the top of Mt Constitution are awesome, it almost feels like you are flying over the San Juan islands. The hike around Mountain Lake incredibly beautiful.
