John Leiper's historic 18th century creekside house is open on weekend afternoons. Go on a tour and check out the secret compartments in his desk. Kids will get a kick out of the multi-seat outhouse

Leiper was friends with Thomas Jefferson and built one of the first railroads in Pennsylvania - the Leiper House is just down the road.
