The High Trestle Trail Bridge is a family favorite. Great views, neat history, and a great place to exercise by walking or biking!

Bike & Hike Trail. This iconic bridge is part of the Rails to Trails program. At dusk, the bridge lights up a beautiful blue.

One of the most popular bike trails in central Iowa. Great photo spots on the bridge over the Des Moines river. Excellent food/bars to stop along the way. Stretches from Ankeny to Woodward IA.
