Great beaches with turquose waters, great forest with evergreen trees, small surprises from habitants of the forest... untouched by human corruption.

Get a sense of what the landscape might have looked like before human habitation. Beautiful forested mountain peninsula with views across to the island of Samos. Great beaches with very affordable cafes open in the tourist season.

Dilek Peninsula-Büyük Menderes Delta National Park spreads on the coasts between Mediterranean and Caucasus. This botanical garden, where almost all plants are naturally seen together; has a mountainous land with predatory birds and wild animals and underwater riches surrounding it, also it has a delta with rich fish varieties that contain hundreds of bird species, and historical and cultural richness surrounding them. There are 209 bird species in this rich ecosystem. The region is also one of the most important incubation areas of Dalmatian Pelican species which is endangered. Also, the Pygmy Cormorant, which too is endangered worldwide, lives here. Due to its unique biological diversity, the Dilek Peninsula is recognized a “Flora Biogenetic Reserve Area” by Council of Europe. This magnificent natural wonder, where all the colours of nature meets the crystal waters of the sea, where you can swim with fishes and relax against its colourful fauna setting is a joy to behold and a definite “must” to live
