WOLFSKLAMM (gorge, narrow valley - see one of the pictures): Wattens – Schwaz – Stans – Wolfsklamm Take the highway from Wattens to Schwaz (15 km), exit Schwaz - Stans. Parking at the Brandstetterhof (3,- EUR/day) entrance to the gorge: 4,50/person The route is about 6 km footpath (sneaker) roundtrip. The sometimes very narrow and steep path over 350 steps, waterfalls and bridges will impress you with stunning views. At the end oft he Wolfsklamm is the monastery St.Georgenberg, which is mentioned first in the year 950 . There is also a restaurant with a great view, where you can enjoy Austrian or tyrolean meals.

Hiking through a beautiful canyon. On top is St. Georgenberg, a bautiful place of pilgrimage with a good restaurant.

wonderful and beautiful flume - on the way to St. Georgenberg this is the most beautiful route you can choose. Go up via "Wolfsklamm" and down on normal hiking path to Stans!

Die Wolfsklamm ist seit über 100 Jahren ein berühmtes Ausflugsziel in Tirol. Sie entstand durch den Fluss Stallenbach, der in mehreren Tausend Jahren eine tiefe Schlucht in das Karwendel geschnitten hat.
