This is a great stop for fresh bread (they have a seed load that's fantastic) and their gâteau basque is to DIE for (especially if you loved almond / marzipan-type goodies).

Best bakery in town, also situated on Le Plateau-Mont-Royal! As a French person, this is my favourite place to buy some fresh Croissant and Pain au Chocolat (way fresher in the morning of course)!
