Amazing choice of salad dishes ,soups and stews .Good for vegetarians,but a love the taste they create.I highly recommend and Narberth is a great market town to explore whilst you’re there!

Great cafe , fantastic food with vegan , meat, vegetarian ,wheat free options and organic ! Also Health foods in shop etc open day only ! To book as busy you can reserve a table at 12 pm ! Or chance it they have a bar table in shop and a settee if full up! can't recommend highly enough ! They have won a few best cafe awards over the years! And Narberth is a fantastic place to shop very quaint happy town!

An award winning funky café serving locally sourced organics food, lots of vegetarian options. Good to if you just want a coffee stop. Now has an organics, fair trade deli/shop too.
