Their “dough room” is a little behind the scenes to watch pastas and pizzas made by hand. Their Houston Dairymaids cheese board and the pepperoni and goat cheese pie are definitely must try’s but nothing is more divine then the lightly creamy spaghetti carbonara with salumi toscano and an egg that your serve break in front of you, right at the table.
