It is also the only zoo in Britain to house koalas and giant pandas. Edinburgh Zoo is the perfect venue for a fun family day out. The Zoo offers visitors the chance to see over 1,000 different species of animal and included in that are the UK’s only Giant Pandas. Visitors can witness the superb wildlife all year round as the Zoo is open 365 days a year.
