Birken House is located above a home based bakery in the grounds of a 110-year old farmhouse, and is rumoured to be the location of an original stagecoach stop on the Douglas Trail. The suite is south facing, with tasteful decor and big folding doors opening on to an awesome view . It's rustic but contemporary; airy in summer and cosy in winter. It’s 30 minutes north of Pemberton, and is a great base from which to explore Birkenhead Provincial Park, Gates and Anderson Lakes

There is a view of Okanagan Lake which is a short 5 minute walk from the front door, Coral Beach is a public beach area with boat launch, play area and tennis court. 50th Parallel winery is walking distance from the house, Predator Ridge and Sparkling hills are a 10 minute drive and we are 20 mins from Kelowna airport.
