The Gardens give the impression we are miles away from the city, but all services are within 2 miles. Just a mile off the freeway, its easy access to the salt water, walking paths & parks, restaurants, museums, stores. Only a couple hours(or less) to Rainier & Olympic National parks, the ocean, zoo, wildlife parks.

When you arrive you will see our Modern Cottage on Hicks Lake with 2 Guest Parking spots. Experience the Kayaks, Paddle Boat, Row Boat, Dock for Fishing(during Season license required) or Sitting with a glass of wine while watching the Geese and Bald Eagles, as well as a Firepit area for evening Smores . The apt is approximately 750 sq ft sep bedroom, living room and mini kitchen above the garage with private entrance. There is a mud room to remove your shoes and coats before going up stairs. Enjoy the view of Eld Inlet in a peaceful, woodsy area. We recently put a Keurig coffee maker.
