Die Rustici liegen ruhig, dennoch ist die Verzasca nur wenige Schritte entfernt und lädt zu einem kühlenden Bad ein. Bushaltestelle & 2 Parkplätze sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Das Uferhaus Luccio liegt freistehend an der Seepromenade (frei für Anlieger). Direkt gegenüber führt eine Treppe in den See. Ideal zum Entspannen und Baden, aber auch ungestörten Arbeiten. 120 qm über zwei Etagen sind umgeben von über 700 qm Garten mit Liegewiese, schattenspendenden Bäumen und Grill. Von der Terrasse im 1. Stock haben Sie einen weiten Ausblick auf den See. Auf dem gleichen Grundstück liegt das Uferhaus Pescatore, ein Rustico, das für bis zu 2 Personen gebucht werden kann.
