The cottage is a hop to the Walkill Valley Rail Trail that hugs the Monhonk Preserve. Inside the cottage, you will feel warm and cozy, just like home. The Rosendale trestle and Joppenberg Mountain are a quick walk or bike ride away. Shops, amenities close by. Your pups will Love the yard! Easy access to trails for XCountry skiing/snow shoes. Dog fee is $75 per dog, 2 dog max. Dogs over 50 pounds are special request. Rosendale swimming pool open is to public. $75 for guest 3 and $75 for guest 4.

This 3 bed, 2 bath home includes a pool, hot tub, fully fenced backyard, 3 seasons room, and deck space as well as an outdoor fire pit (Cowboy Cauldron is perfect doing some wood-fired cooking!). The basement features a media room/gym and a Muay Thai bag. You can walk, run or bike over to Rondout Creek or make your way up to the Rail Trail, with access to the Rosendale Trestle bridge with views over Rondout Creek!

The O&W Trail House is a renovated 1870's farm house. It is perfectly situated at the entrance to the O&W rail trail in Cottekill, NY just minutes from High Falls, Stone Ridge and Rosendale. Both New Paltz and Kingston are 15 minutes away. The home perfectly balances the historic farmhouse feel with modern décor and amenities including a large outdoor hot tub. An open concept chefs kitchen is fully stocked and makes for a perfect setting to enjoy quality time with friends and family.

Modern Light Filled Garage Conversion with a small kitchen, full bath with an open deck off the back. A beautiful quiet spot with birds, tall trees and a small creek on 3 acres. The bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with a small ladder to a little sleeping loft for the kids. There is also a pull out couch in the open kitchen living room area with a deck off the back. This is a small apartment attached to our house that has been designed with care and privacy in mind.

View the trestle and walk 5 minutes to the trail from the house. Walk to local eateries, and cinema, or just relax by the river.
