The main house includes a gourmet kitchen, living room, dining room, master bedroom and walk-in closet, and bathroom next to the study. Adjacent to the private pool is a guest casita with indoor/outdoor showers. The lower level contains a guest suite with bath/large patio. It is a short 5 min stroll to the Pacific. Note, the pool casita can be rented for $350/nite if no one else has booked.
