Built in 1905, the 400 Club is a former brothel with a fascinating history. The space has been renovated into a two bedroom apartment, and overlooks Brewery Gulch and "B" Mountain. The Desert Suite is a 2br/1ba apartment on the bottom floor of this amazing historic property that also includes large koi ponds, waterfalls and gardens. Note: Must be ok with stairs! There are about 40 stairs down through the garden from parking to the Desert Suite.

The porch is a favorite spot to hang out, bird watch, or just enjoy the high desert air. This is our pet friendly unit.

Quieter than downtown yet only 5 minutes walk from the center of action!
