The Gardeners Cottage was recently renovated to the highest standard to create the perfect place to relax and unwind. Situated in Wellswood Village with its quaint shops and pub the Cottage also has direct access onto the Southwest coastal path and is a 7 minute walk to the beautiful Anstey's Cove. Featuring a sitting room with 55" tv, master bedroom with king size bed and built in wardrobes, bathroom with walk in shower and kitchen/breakfast rm with bi-fold doors leading onto a private garden.

The property offers 1 bedroom and an open-plan living room, including well-equipped kitchen, dining area, a sofa bed, a south facing patio, parking and private entrance. The Lodge is adjacent to the main house and shares a drive. It is located in the heart of Stoke Gabriel village and 7 minutes walk to the river Dart, shops, pubs and the River Shack cafe.
