The house has a sauna ( extra 50€ fee) with a wood-burning stove, showers and a toilet. Barbecue outside on the terrace. The house has 100/100 WIFI. Nice and cozy apartment with everything you need for a good vacation in Pärnu. There are two balconies, one of them is on the east side, can be closed with glass panels. If you like sauna, then you can use it as well. There is opportunity to use WIFI and TV (Netflix included). SMOKING is forbidden indoors. It's allowed on one of the balconies. 10 minutes to the beach and ~15 minutes to the center (on foot).

Heated oven will wait you in the house that was built in early 1800s and is under the protection of heritage protection agency. Mainly because the house was home for the Konstantin Possiet, who was an explorer, admiral,minister,lieutenant general and friend of tsar in Russian Empire. Over the time in the house has been police department, church and ink factory.
