Peony house

Peony's house is located by the Valti coast, in Sykia. It's land plot is 500m² and it's 93m away from the sea. The house has living room, kitchen, one WC and two rooms, one with double bed and the other with two separate single beds with the ability to add one children's playpen bed. In the living room the sofa becomes bed too. The kitchen is fully equipped (with one big refrigerator, electric stove, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle). It also has a big front porch and a big green yard with barbecue and one traditional wood oven. Except from the sandy Valti's beach, only a few minutes away with your car you can enjoy all the beautiful Sykia's beaches such as Tourkolimnionas, Klimataria, Tigania, Kriaritsi, Agridia, Tranos Agios Nicholaos, Kavourotripes etc.

Situated close to the sea, in the most peacefull region of Toroni, yet close to shops and taverns It's thick stone bio-climatic construction, allows it to stay cool throughout all summer. The house is about 15 steps from beach. This property is situated by the seaside road of Toroni right across the beach. There is 1 parking spot available in the front part of the house,next comes the road and then the beach. This is a privately owned ground floor apartment (in a two-floor building) with a private entrance. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen equipped with some cookware, a big table as well as a living room which can be used as a 3rd bedroom since it has a sliding door.
