The self-contained Kazbah is the private downstairs wing of a two storey house. It's just off the Great Ocean Road, a short walk to sparkling beaches, rock pools, the Split Point Lighthouse, swimming, surfing (or boogie boarding - there are two you can borrow), shops and cafes, with a sheltered outdoor shower. Use as your base to explore the Great Ocean Road, glorious beaches, charming seaside villages or bush walks and characterful country towns. At night go to sleep listening to the waves....

This beautifully appointed 3 bedroom downstairs apartment in our own home is fully self contained and ready for you to enjoy. Arriving through your own private entry way you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds, and one with 2 single beds, perfect for couples and families alike. A lovely living room complete with 55" Smart TV, which overlooks a relaxing private garden, with BBQ, outdoor setting and gorgeous Balinese Day Bed. And only a short 4 minute stroll to beautiful Whites Beach.

Ocean Break: location and style. Comfy bedroom, chic bathroom and separate, spacious, living/dining area. Peaceful, secure, unique location, fronting the ocean. Wander out the front gate and straight onto Surf Coast Walk, where magnificent coastal views can be enjoyed immediately. A 200 metre stroll to Jan Juc village and its eateries, hotel and general store, and just a few minutes more to Bird Rock look out, overlooking Jan Juc beach. A 5-7 minute drive to central Torquay or Bells Beach.

Wander down to Spring Creek Nature Reserve, stroll to nearby shops, cafes and breweries, explore coastal trails, lookouts, and the region’s famous beaches, waterfalls and wineries. Enjoy relaxing upstairs with views over the valley in the spacious living room, or enjoy a sunset drink on the deck. Come down for the weekend, the holidays, or use the workspace as a writers’ retreat away from the busyness of the city

Fee and Marks place is a peaceful spot in a quiet Jan Juc street, 15 mins walk to Jan Juc shops & beach, close to bus stop and 40 mins walk to Torquay or Bells beach. We live upstairs & don’t allow pets as we encourage wildlife into our garden; a blend of indigenous & food producing plants, stone walls & sculptures. Mark is an artist & has embellished home & garden with his work. Fee is a masseus with treatment room upstairs. Please contact Fee if you would like to prebook a massage.

"The Lake House"...a place of relaxation

The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️

'NEST' retreat - peaceful coastal getaway

A peaceful rural outlook, sounds of frogs and birds, while lying in a luxurious bubble bath in this stylish, spacious retreat with super comfy queen bed. Only 2.5km to Whites beach. Note: The studio is attached to our house, you may hear general life kitchen/tv noise, but you have a private entrance and secluded easterly deck. Tennis court available to use. Dog friendly. PLEASE - dog bath before arrival and bring a towel for muddy/sandy paws.
