It features a queen bedroom with split heating/cooling system, ensuite bathroom, kitchen with stove top, oven, fridge and microwave and a newly landscaped private outside courtyard. Just a 10 minute walk to the local cafe, shop, pub and of course the stunning Jan Juc surf beaches and clifftop walking tracks.

A short 20 mins stroll will take you to GMHBA Stadium, 10-15 to the station, Geelong city centre and the Waterfront to enjoy an array of bars, live music venues and vibrant nightlife. The Spirit of Tasmania Ferry is only a 10 minute drive.

We live upstairs & don’t allow pets as we encourage wildlife into our garden; a blend of indigenous & food producing plants, stone walls & sculptures.
