A relaxed environment amongst natural surroundings typical of the Southern Mornington Peninsula. 5-mins drive from the Hot Springs. Wild back beaches and calm bay beaches in easy reach. The unit has vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, a complete kitchen with dishwasher. In winter the wood fire place keeps the place cosy. In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

Our 2 bedroom unit is a few minutes walk from Pakington St which is known for its trendy restaurants, cafe’s and boutique shops. The waterfront, city centre & Geelong station are 5 minutes drive/20 minutes walk, with Woolworths less than 300m away. Quiet, pet friendly & equipped with the comforts of home including air conditioning, a full kitchen, full sized bath, washing machine, clothesline and a pet door that allows small dogs access to the fully fenced courtyard. Pets are allowed indoors.

The toilet is an outdoor organic system (based on the national park's toilets). Located at the start of the Great Ocean Road, only ten minutes from Torquay or famous Bells Beach. Complementary bottle of pinot from the winery on arrival. Please provide your own fire wood.
