You'll love this unique and romantic secluded location, with its own private driveway, covered parking and Woodfired hot tub, amidst a blossoming orchard surrounded by stunning wildlife. Situated just off the A30 and 10 minutes from Exeter Airport. If you would like to travel to our local historic city of Exeter, There are train stations in our local villages of Whimple & Feniton both of which have parking. Approximately 20 minute drive from the picturesque beaches along the Jurassic coast.

Dog-friendly Dartmoor cottage, bath & valley views

The kind of cottage that makes you rebook before you've even left. A proper king bed, a bathroom with both bath and shower, and a sitting room with sofa bed and smart TV looking out over the Teign Valley. Dogs are very welcome (gated property, ours will probably introduce themselves). Ground floor with just a couple of shallow steps. The village pub does real ales and quiz night, 2 minutes on foot. Dressing gowns, hot water bottles, and central heating for when Dartmoor does what Dartmoor does.

"The Shed" with a view

The Shed sits on large lawn at Yarningale. Views are amazing. Ideal space for a holiday for one.Fridge, microwave, and kettle, with some basic cutlery/crockery . Canopy on summerhouse with a patio heater, should the weather be a little chilly ! Picnic bench on patio, guests are able to enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. Toilet and shower short walk to the house. WIFI available in shed. Note the shed has an electricity £1 /£2 coin meter, Please ensure you bring, change with you.

The Annexe in Paignton, Devon

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Please let us know any dietry requirements.

The harbour has many lovely restaurants all within 3 minutes from the property. Local supermarkets also offer delivery to the property. A 10 minute walk to the town you will find more amusements and family fun.

PLEASE READ: the cabin is located in a shared space where others may be staying in campervans and tents. Max five pitches. A this is a simple camping cabin. The ethos of the build was, “camping without the tent”. You will still need; bed sheets, duvet, pillows, or sleeping bag, towels etc. The cabin is heated via a toasty logburner. Inside is a gas hob, table, benches, sofa and a bed upstairs. Outside is a fire pit and large gas bbq. Shared hot shower. Flushing toilets. Water.
