Le stanze sono ampie e con soffitti particolari, detti "a stella", tipici dell'architettura antica. Le scale interne sono ripide. Non adatta a chi ha difficoltà motorie e, per le sue peculiarità, a gruppi di ragazzi.

Appartamento arredato compreso di lenzuola ed asciugamani.Si trova ubicato dentro un recinto dove ci sono altre 3 case distante tra loro ,ognuna con la sua area privata è veranda.Dietro le 3 abitazioni c’è un grande giardino e piazzale per posto auto , ideale per prendere il sole oppure pranzare e può essere utilizzato per tutte le abitazioni.
