E' in quartiere centralissimo ma al di fuori del traffico e dei rumori. Ha 2 camere da letto comode (possibile aggiunta culla o lettino bebè), grande salone doppio e 2 bagni con doccia centrale. Cucina con stoviglie e biancheria fornita, lavatrice e micronde.

Splendido appartamento al primo piano in palazzina da due piani .Zona centrale. Tutte le finestre e il balcone affacciano sul mare. Pavimento in parquet rovere sbiancato. Arredi moderni e di ottima fattura. Appartamento molto silenzioso . Basta scendere pochi scalini per trovarsi in spiaggia libera o attrezzata. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti supermercati ( Conad , Dok, Eurospin ed altri ) . Sono inoltre presenti piccoli ristoranti, bar e pizzerie .Perfetto per tutti i periodi dell'anno.

Casa a pochi passi dal mare

Casa indipendente, a 100 passi dal mare, in una delle marine leccesi più tranquille. Soluzione ideale per chi cerca la pace di una spiaggia poco affollata anche nelle settimane centrali di Agosto, tutto senza rinunciare alla possibilità di esplorare le bellezze più rinomate del Salento collocate a pochi chilometri di distanza. Perfetta per famiglie con bambini grazie al comodo accesso al mare, ai due giardini dove mangiare fuori o accendere il braciere per godersi una notte stellata.
