The Mare Azzurro Residence is a complex of 9 apartments located in Torre San Giovanni - Marina di Ugento, one of the places on the Ionian coast of Salento with the greatest tourist attraction. The apartments are located on the Gallipoli – Leuca coast road in the direction of Gallipoli in front of the rocky coast, just 150 meters from the sandy beach of the Island of Pazze and 5 minutes by car from the sandy beaches of Torre San Giovanni, about 8 km long. The part of the coast overlooked by the apartments is livable by nature and thanks also to the wooden platforms installed by the Municipality of Ugento to offer greater ease of access to the sea to bathers. Apartment no. 1 of the Mare Azzurro Residence has a size of about 60 square meters: it consists of a large and comfortable entrance / living room where there is a single sofa bed, kitchen with induction hob and dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a 140 cm wide shower tray and a warm built-in bathroom useful for those who decide to spend their holidays even in winter and two bedrooms, complete with air conditioners, which can accommodate 4 people. It is also equipped with internet with WI-FI, bicycles, barbecue, washing machine, living room and garden table. The very large exterior overlooks the sea and is equipped with an outdoor shower, barbecue, rocking chair and parking.
