This space housed Bob & Betty’s Grocery store starting in 1974, and for 48 years, the store was selling bologna sandwiches and cold pops. Kingdom Come State Park and Cumberland Falls are an hour drive. Load up your sxs or atv and ride one of the many trails right from the driveway! Black Mountain Off Road Park and Tackett Creek are also about an hour away.

The home is located at the Bailey’s Creek entrance to Black Mountain Off-road Adventure Area, in the city limits of Evarts KY, the “Birthplace of Adventure Tourism”. You’re literally steps from the North Evarts RV Park. You can unload and ride directly to the ATV park or any of the local restaurants and convenience stores.

This two bedroom ranch style brick home located on a working farm will delight you with its view and open country spaces. Enjoy seeing wildlife such as deer, turkey, and squirrels on the property. This home is handicapped friendly. All entrances have a ramp, the bathroom commodes are raised, the shower in the main bath is handicapped, and there are grab bars in the necessary places. Equipment available for the handicapped are: Wheelchair, Lift Chair, Rollator, commode chair, walker.

This property is located near the entrance of Kingdom Come Start Park and right beside Stepp Fitness gym. It is also near local golf courses, Little Shepherd Trail, and the towns of Benham and Lynch. The Black Mountain ATV Park is only 15 miles away. The property has a master bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds. The master has an onsuite. It offers a washer and dryer, a full kitchen, and 2 water heaters to ensure hot showers.
