Private room (10 sq metres) in a furnished 4-bedroom flat (108 sq metres), with one, two or three adults (me and perhaps one or two other guests). The flat is on the 10th floor, 3-4 mins walk to the Matabiau bus and train stations, 8 mins to Marengo-SNCF metro stop (Line A), 8 mins to Jeanne d'Arc metro stop (Line B). Metered street parking from 9am to 7pm except Sundays and bank holidays, optical fibre wifi. You can cook here, but you cannot smoke, not even on the balcony.
