Lumineux avec son mur en pierre apparente, il est totalement aménagé et vous permettra d'être au pied du tram et de vous promener pour découvrir la ville. A proximité de la gare (bus ou 15 min à pieds) et à 10 minutes à peine à pieds des quais et du vieux Bordeaux. Charmant et pratique.

Mon logement est situé en plein centre ville. Proche des restaurants, de la rue commerçante Sainte Catherine, de la vie nocturne et des transports en commun. A 3 min à pied du parking Victor Hugo et du parking Pey Berland. Appartement très calme, rénové, sur cour intérieure avec ascenseur. Tout équipé. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles (avec enfants).
