Das Roulotte ist ein brandneues, gemütliches kleines Holzhaus auf Rädern, das in diesem Jahr komplett neu aufgebaut wurde. Es wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und eingerichtet, um seinen Gästen einen ruhigen und erholsamen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Das Roulotte ist perfekt für Paare oder Alleinreisende, die dem Alltagsstress entfliehen und sich inmitten der Natur entspannen möchten. Auf der Terrasse können Sie sich im privaten Whirlpool entspannen und den Blick auf die Sterne genießen

A tastefully decorated villa with private heated pool and all the modern comforts forms part of the 500 year old private stone hamlet of Jurmilhac. Nestled between fields of barley and wheat, with amazing views of the South Dordogne countryside, it is a stones throw from the charming Medieval village of Issigeac. The Pavillon at Jurmilhac is the perfect destination for a getaway in the Dordogne, visiting the bastides, castles, touring the local wine routes or just relaxing on the estate.

Carp cottage

A 100 metres away there is an electric car charging station. A 3 minute walk away are many amenities and especially a farmer’s market on Thursdays. A 4 minute drive away is a shopping center with a Leclerc supermarket and various other stores like Gifi Action, a petrol station and a mechanic. The Lot à Lustrac Trentels is 13 minutes by car. Our apartment is on the river with many places to fish. The train station is a 10 minute walk away and goes to Agen. The hospital is 25 minutes away.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Based on the River Lot you have access to the river, the gardens and the surrounding countryside. You can swim, kayak, fish, hike or cycle from the house. The town of Prayssac is a short 5 minute drive away with a cinema, restaurants, Boulangerie and three supermarkets. Surrounded by vineyards you can visit the local vignobles and treat yourself to the Malbec wines of this region. You can also simply relax and admire the views.

La maison est située dans un endroit calme et boisé, à 3 minutes par voiture du centre du village, datant du XIIIe siècle et classé parmi les plus beaux villages de France. Il est possible de réserver un petit déjeuner ou dîner auprès de la maîtresse de maison (chef cuisinier professionnel).
