The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

A pochi passi dal porto di Palermo e dal nuovo Marina Yachting con la fontana danzante più grande d'Italia, l’appartamento fa parte di un’antica palazzina completamente ristrutturata e inserita nel complesso della Reale Fonderia, storico arsenale seicentesco di Palermo, che si affaccia sulla tranquilla Piazza Tarzanà. L’alloggio gode di una posizione centrale rispetto a tutte le attrazioni del centro storico, dal mare e risulta ben collegato con le principali vie di comunicazione della città!

L'alloggio, situato nella zona collinare di Cefalù con vista mozzafiato sul borgo e la sua baia, è un posto tranquillo ed immerso nel verde. Dispone di un'ampia terrazza coperta da cui ammirare lo splendido panorama, sorseggiando un buon bicchiere di vino. Comprende un'ampia camera da letto, un rilassante salotto con vista su Cefalù ed accesso diretto alla terrazza, un bagno con comodo box doccia ed una cucina abitabile con caratteristico caminetto a legna. È necessaria l’auto per arrivare.

The flat has been completely renovated by me, Roman architect who after 10 years of practice in London has decided to move to Palermo and open a studio here. Inside the prestigious Lampedusa Palace, the historic home of the writer Giuseppe Tomasi di Lampedusa, author of "The Leopard", there is Vintage Tomasi, an apartment with a private garden overlooking the suggestive garden of the Palace. The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a garden. The Palace is located inside the historic center, very close to the Massimo theater and the Cala (the promenade along the sea in the historic center).

As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.

The independent apartment Bianco di Mare, newly built, offers you the opportunity to enjoy moments of true relaxation, surrounded by breathtaking sea views: from early morning, when the Rocca di Cefalù takes on reddish contours thanks in the sun that rises behind him, to finish at sunset, when you can admire, while sipping a drink, the sun plunge into the sea. On the horizon you can also see the Aeolian Islands with all their charm.

Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie o a chi viaggia per lavoro.
