The property is a small organic-farm isolated in the forest The road is bumpy. You get there by car (not low cars) , on foot or by bicycle. The house 'consists of 1 double bedroom that has huge glass windows into the valley. 1 double bedroom prepared for apitherapy with two hives(summer), 1 bedroom with French bed. Downstairs there 'a nice kitchen and a relaxing dining-room . You can rent 2 e-Bike for a small amount and forget car! Outside you have a heated jacuzzi you can use at any time.

A pochi Km da Cortina casa singola all'interno di un parco esclusivo, ideale per famiglia. Composto da ampio soggiorno con divano letto, cucina, due camere, bagno e ampia terrazza con vista panoramica sui monti Pelmo e Antelao (patrimonio UNESCO). Completamente restaurata nel rispetto del progetto originario dell'architetto Edoardo Gellner con la presenza degli arredi originali. Edificio tutelato in quanto dichiarato di pregio storico-artistico. Munita di ampio giardino e comodo parcheggio.

Piccolo rustico già adibito a stalla finemente restaurata in stile dolomitico mantenedo le caratteristiche archittetoniche originali, luminosa ed accogliente. Al piano terra zona giorno composta da cucina attrezzata a vista. Zona living con tv e stube tradizionale. Completa il piano il bagno con doccia e lavatrice. Al primo piano due ampie e luminose camere doppie, travi a vista e affaccio sulla vallata e sul Lago di Santa Croce. Due posti auto pertinenziali, ampio giardino non recintato.
